The liner looks identicle to a Buffalo liner without the lettering. I find these from time to time and they are a good old lid for early Ball jars. I wouldn't consider them real common but they are out there among the many hundreds of lids I look through. Now these may not really be Buffalo lids but they are so much alike I find them as a good replacement lid since the regular sized Buffalo lids are nearly impossible to find.
